Welcome to psychiatrai, an app and web-based mental health services platform currently serving people in Pakistan. By accessing or using psychiatrai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Your use of psychiatrai signifies your acceptance and agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.
psychiatrai is currently available to individuals aged 18 years or older who reside in Pakistan. Access to particular practitioners or services may depend on your location, practitioner availability, and applicable law. By using psychiatrai, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and may lawfully access the services from your location.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, and to maintain and update this information promptly.
Approved practitioners with an active account and an active affiliation with psychiatrai are publicly listed in our practitioner directory. The listing includes your name, title, qualifications, specializations, bio, languages, years of experience, consultation fee, and country, where provided. It does not include your contact details.
This profile may be discovered and indexed by public search engines (for example, Google) and by AI assistants (for example, ChatGPT and Gemini). Practitioners who are affiliated only with other organizations are not listed in the psychiatrai directory.
When a practitioner account is deactivated, the profile is removed from our directory and new bookings are stopped. Existing appointments must be resolved before permanent account deletion. Search-engine caches or copies already made by third parties may remain outside our control for a time.
psychiatrai provides access to approved practitioners (“Providers”), including therapists, counsellors, and coaches, who offer online sessions. The nature, scope, and qualifications relevant to a service vary by practitioner and are described on their public profile.
Note: psychiatrai is not suitable for emergencies or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric crisis, or immediate safety issue, contact emergency services in your location (15 or 1122 in Pakistan) or seek immediate medical attention.
You agree to:
All content provided through psychiatrai, including software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials, remain the exclusive property of psychiatrai and its licensors. Such content is protected under Pakistani and international intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit or post on psychiatrai. However, by submitting content, you grant psychiatrai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, store, display, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from your content within the context of providing mental health services and improving the psychiatrai platform.
psychiatrai handles personal and sensitive information as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Practitioners are also responsible for meeting the confidentiality and professional obligations that apply to the services they provide.
Services on psychiatrai may be subject to fees. All payments must be made through approved payment methods. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in psychiatrai's refund policies or required by applicable Pakistani law.

psychiatrai services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. psychiatrai explicitly disclaims warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
psychiatrai reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, particularly if you breach these Terms, pose risk to other users, or misuse the platform.
Deactivation blocks account access while preserving records. Public account-deletion form submissions are verified support requests. In authenticated Settings, eligible practitioner accounts may start direct deletion after passing account-specific eligibility checks. Patient accounts require approval from their organization or a platform administrator. Organization accounts require platform administrator approval; corporate-client and employee accounts require approval from the applicable parent organization or corporate client, or a platform administrator. A pending Settings approval request leaves the account usable and can be withdrawn. Upcoming care, payment obligations, and linked accounts may need to be resolved before deletion. Eligible personal information may then be erased, while care, financial, consent, safety, security, and audit records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
psychiatrai reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through updates on our platform. Continued use of psychiatrai after notification signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
